Types of Therapies
Individual Therapy
My aim is to provide you with a safe, supportive and a non judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, behaviour and feelings. Together, we work on understanding your challenges, identify patterns and develop strategies to overcome your obstacles. With this my goal is to also help you achieve greater sense of fulfilment, emotional and personal growth.

Teen therapy (15-18 years)
Teen therapy is designed to help adolescents as they are going through this challenging phase of their lives. My goal is to help teens make positive decisions and create a strong foundation for their future.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps with resolving conflicts, improve communication and strengthen emotional connection amongst them. I work with couples both together and individually to help them rebuild trust and foster understanding, as well as compassion. This approach supports couples in redeveloping intimacy, addressing unmet needs, and building a stronger, more resilient relationship.

Mental Health Care for Pregnant Women
Pregnancy is a powerful journey — but it can also bring up a range of emotional challenges like pre- and post-partum, anxiety, mood shifts, body image struggles, or feelings of isolation. In our sessions, I offer a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can speak freely about anything that you are feeling without guilt or pressure. Together, we will explore your emotional landscape, build coping strategies, and strengthen your sense of self as you prepare to welcome new life. My goal is to support you, the woman behind the pregnancy, every step of the way.

EAP Therapy for Corporate Professionals
